CCUC friend Mike Talor has decided to sell his Part 103 legal ultralight powered parachute. It is a Blue Heron Spirit and is equipped with a Rotax 503 connected to an e drive gearbox. It also comes with a trailer. Mike describes this PPC as being in excellent condition and is located in the Elmira NY area. It can be yours for $6,000.
