Robert L. Clark, Ph.D, CPA member and flight instructor has recently purchased his own aircraft a Piper Warrior, and will be commencing flight instruction at Wellsboro-Johnston.

In addition to flight training for Private, Commercial and Instrument Certificates, Rob will provide other pilot services, BFR's, IPC's, endorsements, etc. Rob has run Private Pilot Ground Schools in the area and plans to offer another ground school this summer. There will be a sign up sheet at N38.
